Worcester Dental is part of Rodericks Dental Partners Group in Worcester. We are seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join a clinical team that values patient care and professional growth.

In this role you’ll assist dentists, maintain instruments, uphold infection control, and support patients throughout visits. You’ll work within a supportive team and have access to development opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident and professional communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Comfortable in clinical environment with exposure to blood or surgical procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold infection control and surgery cleanliness standards.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks.
• Promote oral health and advise patients on dental care products.
• Contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.

• 4 surgeries computerised using Dentally software

• Close to Shrub Hill, Worcester bus station, M5 Junction 7

• Practice Manager with 14 years’ experience

• 4 dentists including 2 with 14 years’ experience each

• Head Nurse with 7 years’ experience

• Facial aesthetics (FA) and aesthetics treatments

• Near Worcester Cathedral, providing a stunning historic backdrop

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
