Synergy Dental Group are an award winning, high performing dental group with 16 Practices around the North West and West Midlands. We are an industry leading Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry provider who are committed to ‘Lifelong Learning’. We are currently recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join our ever expanding team in line with our ambitious and meticulous growth plans.

The Role:

  • Assisting Dentists with all treatments providing chair side support to a high standard.
  • Ensuring and maintaining a safe, clean and productive working environment in all surgeries and ensuring that all other nursing staff are maintaining the required standards.
  • Assisting with clinical notes ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency at all times.
  • Working alongside Dentists with a variety of experience and specialisms, maintaining a safe and efficient surgery environment.
  • Keeping up to date with Training and Development ensuring that all modules are completed and up to date.
  • Adhering to all cross infection controls and ensuring that HTM01-05 regulations are followed at all times.
  • Working closely with the Reception Team to ensure constant communication and all relevant information has been discussed.

The Person:

  • Someone with a Full Dental Nursing Qualification and is GDC Registered.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with an ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Someone who is IT Proficient (Microsoft Office Packages)
  • Outstanding chair side manner, with a patient focussed approach.
  • A person with a friendly and approachable demeanour and a passion to help.
