Vacancy Description

Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to Practice Clinicians. The day to day duties of a dental nurse can span across all areas of the practice and can include:

1. Working chair side with the dental clinicians
2. Supporting patients’ wellbeing and dental experience
3. Setting up and turning surgeries around, cleaning dental areas including chairs
4. Sterilising and preparing equipment for Dentists
5. Recording and dealing with patient records
6. Responsible for restocking surgeries, and stock levels
7. Any other duties to support the Dentists and senior team to provide effective patient care
8. Customer service
9. Reception including answering the phone and greeting patients
10. Dealing with patient queries
11. Taking payments
12. Booking appointments and follow ups
