Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4-9 or equivalent.
• No prior dental experience required; full training provided.
• Apprenticeship delivers Dental Nurse (Integrated) Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control
• Ensure patient comfort and clear communication throughout visits
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic systems
• Help manage appointment flow and clinic scheduling
• Support basic administrative duties as required
• Sterilise instruments and ensure instruments are ready for use
• Follow health and safety and confidentiality policies
• Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to patients
