Dental Recruit Network in Ware, Hertfordshire, is seeking a proactive GDC‑registered Dental Nurse to join a small, fully private two‑surgery practice. You will gain exposure to implants, Invisalign and digital dentistry, with SOE software and a hands‑on clinical environment.

The role offers a permanent, full‑time position with core hours Monday–Friday and one Saturday in four, starting ASAP. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for clinical development are provided.

Working Hours

The role follows a regular weekday schedule, with occasional Saturday working.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am–3:30pm, one in every four Saturdays

This is a permanent, full-time position with no bank holiday commitments.

About the Practice

You’ll be joining a small, fully private dental practice where teamwork and a hands‑on approach are important.

The practice has two surgeries alongside an additional Treatment Coordinator (TCO) room, creating an environment where everyone can play an active part in the smooth running of the day.

Using SOE software, the practice provides a varied range of private treatments, combining routine dentistry with more advanced clinical procedures.

Broaden Your Clinical Skills

This opportunity offers more variety than a role focused solely on routine chairside nursing.

You’ll support clinicians across a range of treatments, gaining exposure to different techniques and workflows within private dentistry.

For a nurse interested in developing their clinical knowledge, there’s scope to build experience in implant procedures, aligner treatment, cosmetic dentistry and digital scanning.

Already experienced with digital scanners? That would be a real advantage. However, previous scanning experience isn’t essential, as the practice is looking for someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
