Job summary

Community Dental Services CIC is hiring a Registered Dental Nurse for a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) based at Newark Health Centre, Newark, NG24 4XG. The post requires UK registration and offers a pro rata salary of £28,392–£31,157 per annum with actual figures around £22,713.60–£24,925.60.

The team delivers care to adults and children with a patient-centered approach. Flexibility to cover clinics across Nottinghamshire is requested, with sessions roughly 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Monday

• Current UK professional registration is required.
• Ability to work across multiple clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support across a wide range of dental treatments for adults and children.
• Assist at Newark Health Centre and potentially other clinics across Nottinghamshire as needed.

Salary: £28,392 – £31,157 per annum, pro rata (Actual £22,713.60 – £24,925.60)

Main duties of the job

What are we looking for?

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support in a wide range of treatments for a broad client base which includes adults and children, patients with additional needs, phobics and the elderly. Extended duties would be a distinct advantage.

Your good communication skills and effortless ways of making people feel at ease will come in really handy when providing valuable support at these clinics.

We would like you to have a welcoming and positive approach for our patients and be an upbeat and reliable member of the team. Our clinical sessions run between Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

We will need you to be flexible in your approach to work and on occasion we will need you to work at other clinics across Nottinghamshire, so car drivers are essential
