Portman Smile Clinic Ilkley is seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse to support NHS and private patients in a modern Orthodontic-led practice. You will work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists, providing nursing assistance and contributing to a friendly, patient‑focused environment.

We offer full-time hours with the option to consider part-time, a competitive hourly rate, and a structured career pathway with CPD and training opportunities.

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration.

• Full-time hours available (we can also consider part-time)
• Typical shifts: Monday 8am-5pm (8hrs) Tuesday 8am-6pm (9hrs) Wednesday 8am-5pm (8hrs) Thursday 8am-1pm (5hrs) Friday 7.30am-4.30pm (8hrs)
• Competitive hourly rate from: £13.50 per hour
• Specialist Orthodontic practice, caring for both NHS and private patients
• Well-equipped surgeries, working alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists
• Opportunity to work independently within our nurse‑led clinics, and fully within your scope of practice

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
• A positive and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills
• A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients
• Orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
