Job description

R-Dental is seeking a motivated and caring full-time Dental Nurse to join our fully private, patient-focused practice. You will be a vital part of the clinical team, ensuring smooth treatment delivery, exceptional patient care, and work with a team of dedicated and professional clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in line with HTM 01-05
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey with reassurance and care
• Accurate and up-to-date clinical note taking
• Help with stock control, materials ordering, and equipment checks
• Adhere to all practice policies including data protection, safeguarding, and health & safety
• Support audits, training, and CQC compliance activities

Requirements

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccinations (e.g., Hep B)
• Right to work in the UK
• Weekend availability and flexibility if possible
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Some Private practice experience is an advantage
• GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
