Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners is seeking a Dental Nurse at Benfleet Clinic for a full-time, permanent role. You will support dentists, hygienists and therapists in delivering high-quality care in a mixed practice setting with accessible transport and nearby parking.

You will join a friendly nursing team led by Dr. Stephen Denny, with opportunities for development within a growing company and a strong patient journey focus. The schedule includes early mornings and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Open to both Qualified & Trainee Dental Nurses
• Trainee must be enrolled onto a Dental Nursing Diploma and Hep B vaccinated
• Experience in general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is desirable
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensure CQC requirements are met at all times
• Provide exceptional patient care/customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality dental nursing support for dentists, hygienists or therapists
• Maintain professional indemnity and GDC registration; CPD as required
• Assist with reception duties and perform clerical tasks as needed
• Act as an ambassador for DBP vision, ethos and values; foster team relationships

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Nurse to join us at our lovely mixed practices, Dental Beauty Benfleet Clinic & Studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated nursing team in the Benfleetarea.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Stephen Denny, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport and with parking nearby.

The hours for this position are:

• Monday-Tuesday - 9AM-6.30PM
• Wednesday - 9AM-7:15PM
• Thursday - 9AM-6.30PM
• Fridays - 8AM-2PM
• Some Saturdays - 8AM-1PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
• Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
• Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as and when required
• To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are open to both Qualified & Trainee Dental Nurses for this position
• If you are a Trainee Dental Nurse, you must be enrolled onto a Dental Nursing Diploma and be Hep B vaccinated prior to start date
• Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
