Dental Beauty Partners is excited to offer a part-time Dental Nurse role at North Hill Dental, Colchester. We welcome qualified nurses or trainees close to qualifying, to join a supportive team delivering a great patient journey.

Hours include two Part-Time positions with specific Tue/Wed or Tue/Wed/Thu and alternate Sat shifts, aiming to provide high-quality dental care across private and NHS treatments. Training and CPD support available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a Dental Nurse preferred, private or mixed practice.
• GDC registration preferred but not essential.
• Trainee must be enrolled on a Dental Nursing course if applying as Trainee.
• Experience supporting general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatments is desirable.
• Dentally software experience preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to patient care and meeting CQC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality dental nursing support assisting dentists, hygienists or therapists.
• Maintain GDC registration and CPD as required.
• Assist with reception and related administrative duties when needed.

Dental Beauty Partners have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse (qualified or trainee close to qualifying) to join our reputable and award winning practices, North Hill Dental in Colchester.

We offer a wide range of high-end private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from the surrounding areas, from simple fillings or a complex smile makeovers. This opportunity is to join a highly supportive team who are all committed to delivering a fantastic patient journey.

Hours:

We are looking for a part-time Dental Nurse to join us on the following days:

• Position 1: Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8.15AM-5.45PM
• Position 2: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8.15AM-5.45PM & Alternate Saturdays 9AM-1PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
• Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
• Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as and when required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice, but we are also open to considering a Trainee Dental Nurse
• GDC Registration is preferred but not essential
• If you are a Trainee, you must be enrolled onto a Dental Nursing course
• Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
