Job summary

MBR Dental is recruiting a Dental Hygienist / Therapist for a dental practice in York. This part-time role offers 2-3 working days per week with comprehensive support and an opportunity to work in a modern practice. Applicants must be GDC registered with at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be GDC registered Hygienists / Therapists.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience preferred.
• Candidates must hold a valid DBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene and therapy services to patients.
• Manage patient appointments lasting 30-45 minutes.
• Assist with referrals from experienced clinicians.

Dental Hygienist / Therapist / York, North Yorkshire / Part Time

MBR Dental is currently assisting a dental practice located in York, North Yorkshire, to recruit a Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible or considering notice periods.
• Self-employed position.
• Part-time opportunity – 2-3 days per week.
• Surgery space available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Working hours to be discussed.
• Small NHS Children’s list paid at £10 per UDA.
• Potential to offer urgent care Therapy – to be confirmed.
• Appointments lasting 30-45 minutes.
• Full Nurse support provided.
• Referrals from experienced clinicians & direct access.
• Very low FTA rate.
• Modern practice using Dentally software.
• Practice provides general dentistry, Implants, and Orthodontics.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience preferred.

All candidates must be GDC registered Hygienists / Therapists & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
