Job summary

Pontefract Independent Practice is hiring a Dental Hygienist/Therapist for a three-day-per-week role in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The position runs 9am–5pm with appointments varying by treatment, including 15-minute NHS adult exams and 10-minute kids exams. NHS UDA rate and private split apply.

Sponsorship is not available, and GDC registration is required. The practice is independent and mixed, with two surgeries and Dentally Software, digital x-rays, air conditioning, and parking nearby.

Qualifications

DENTAL HYGIENIST / THERAPIST - PONTEFRACT

An opportunity has become available for a Hygienist / Therapist to join an independent mixed practice located in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

• Direct access required
• Start date: ASAP
• Days of work: 3 days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 5pm
• Appt times vary depending on treatment (15 min NHS Adult exams/ 10 mins kids exams)
• Dental Nurse Assistance
• £30-£37ph DOE / NHS UDA rate £12.50-£13.50 DOE/ 45% private split

Practice information: This is a independent mixed practice, currently with 2 dental surgeries. It is computerised using Dentally Software with Digital x-rays. Air conditioning and windows.

Location information: Big car park with free parking, Leeds and Sheffield train lines nearby

The successful candidate must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position.

All candidates must fully qualified, GDC registered with UK experience.
