Job summary

Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is seeking a Dental Hygienist/Therapist for an independent mixed practice in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The role is 3 days per week with hours 9:00 to 17:00 and direct access required.

Start date ASAP with NHS UDA rate £12.50-£13.50 and a 45% private split; salary £30-£37 per hour depending on experience. You will work with a dental nurse and contribute to patient care across NHS and private patients.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered with UK experience.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygienist and therapist services in a mixed practice.
• Work with a dental nurse and manage appointments as NHS/UDA and private patients.
• Adapt appointment times (15 min NHS adults / 10 mins kids) per treatment.

DENTAL HYGIENIST / THERAPIST - PONTEFRACT

An opportunity has become available for a Hygienist / Therapist to join an independent mixed practice located in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

• Direct access required
• Start date: ASAP
• Days of work: 3 days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 5pm
• Appt times vary depending on treatment (15 min NHS Adult exams/ 10 mins kids exams)
• Dental Nurse Assistance
• £30-£37ph DOE / NHS UDA rate £12.50-£13.50 DOE/ 45% private split

Practice information:

This is a independent mixed practice, currently with 2 dental surgeries. It is computerised using Dentally Software with Digital x-rays. Air conditioning and windows.

Big car park with free parking, Leeds and Sheffield train lines nearby

The successful candidate must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position.

All candidates must fully qualified, GDC registered with UK experience.
