We're Hiring: Dental Hygienist / Hygiene Therapist

Houston Dental is on the lookout for a patient focused Dental Hygienist / Hygiene Therapist to join our friendly team on a self employed basis!

Our current hygiene therapist has recently relocated and can no longer make the daily journey to the practice — so we’re seeking someone new to step into this role and continue delivering the high level of care to our wonderful patients.

Houston Dental is a small, mixed, family-run dental practice, in the heart of the beautiful village of Houston, Renfrewshire.
We are approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Glasgow and 10 minutes from Paisley.

Although small - we are a very busy practice and you will have the chance to carry out your full remit with full support from the practice principle.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist / Therapist to work 2-3 day per week (Monday Tuesday with potential to add Thursday and Friday).

Role requirements:

Current registration with the General Dental Council
Valid Indemnity insurance (also to include Direct Access)
Evidence of Hep B vaccinations and Occupational Health clearance
Membership of the PVG Scheme for both children and adults via Disclosure Scotland
Proficiency in English language
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview.
