Part-Time | Dental Hygienist | Chester

An exciting opportunity exists for a part-time Locum Dental Hygienist for our client in Chester, Cheshire.

Applicants must be registered with the General Dental Council and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

We invite applications from suitably skilled, qualified, and experienced applicants who have completed all necessary mandatory training.

Contract Type: Temporary (Locum) / (Fixed-Term)
Start Date: 02/01/2025
End Date: 27/02/2025
Hours Per Week: 4 hours
Pay Scale: £35/hr
Working Days: Thursday (alternating weekly, from AM to PM)

• Must be trained and current in emergency and resuscitation procedures, tested at least annually according to Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.
• Must have valid certification for Safeguarding Children and Young People, and Safeguarding Adults up to and including Level 3.
• Must be a fully qualified hygienist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) without restrictions.
• Must hold valid indemnity insurance with a recognised dental defence organisation.
• Must have completed GDC-recommended Continuing Professional Development (CPD), including medical emergencies, safeguarding, disinfection and decontamination, radiography, and radiation protection.
• All applicants are subject to mandatory compliance checks, including an enhanced DBS certificate.
