Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a field installation specialist to install and demonstrate dental equipment at customer practices across the South West England and South Wales regions. You will work closely with dentists and colleagues to ensure installations meet drawings and manufacturer specs.

The role requires at least 3 years electrical experience and an electrical installation certification. Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and customer service are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical experience required.
• Certification of Electrical Installation work with practical experience.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems, x-rays, air and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment for customers by working with the dentist and other team members.
• Install equipment according to drawings agreed by the customer; use tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring and plumbing.
• Ensure the equipment functions correctly by checking for leaks, noises, etc during operation.
• Install equipment to manufacturers specifications with pre-installed services provided by others.
• Complete installations to the highest standard within the allocated time period.
• Install into new/existing equipment secondary devices.
• Follow all installation instructions to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate installed equipment so the customer understands and is happy with its operation.
• Leave the working site clean and tidy wherever possible.
• Be an ambassador of the company to encourage future business.
• Liaise between Installation Supervisor, Salesman and Customer to resolve issues.
• Maintain good records of installations / company equipment, tools, car, phone.
• Undertake cabinetry modifications / manufacturers warranty work.
