Impress is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our modern, paperless clinic in Cardiff. You will support doctors, manage the daily flow of the clinic, and handle 3D intraoral scanning, X-rays, sterilization, and digital record-keeping.

You will lead patient reception, explain procedures, ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems, and help maintain high clinical standards while collaborating across clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilisation of instruments, and material preparation coordination.
• Patient Operations: Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in digital systems.
• Clinic Management: Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Quality Standard: Deliver high-quality results through motivation and continuous improvement.
