An NHS Foundation Trust in England is seeking two Dental Access Coordinators to manage dental enquiries and provide guidance to patients. Candidates should have a strong customer service background and excellent telephone skills. The role requires managing appointments and maintaining compliance with Information Governance. Flexible working options are available.
The post holder will be a key member of the Dental Helpdesk and will act as an ambassador for the service by providing a central contact point for daytime emergency dental enquiries and directing callers to the most appropriate service for their needs.
The post holder will manage their own workload and have an excellent telephone manner, dealing with enquiries professionally and helpfully. Experience in a call centre team or a customer-focused role where high-quality customer service is essential is required. The candidate should have standard keyboard skills and be familiar with IT software including Word, Excel, and email.
