Job summary

LJ Recruitment seeks an experienced Demolition Supervisor for projects across East Anglia. You will lead site teams, oversee daily activities and ensure adherence to safety standards and RAMS, delivering demolition works on schedule.

The role requires a proactive safety-first mindset, leadership ability, and flexibility to travel with project needs. A UK driving license is essential, and the position is based on site across East Anglia.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' demolition industry experience.
• CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for at least 2 years).
• Demolition Awareness NVQ.
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, safety‑first leadership approach.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Demolition Supervisor looking to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across East Anglia?

We're looking for a hands‑on supervisor who can lead site teams, maintain the highest safety standards and deliver demolition projects efficiently from start to finish.

The Role

• Supervise demolition teams on site
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS and site procedures
• Complete site paperwork, reports and toolbox talks
• Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule

About You

You will have:

• At least 5 years' demolition industry experience
• CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for a minimum of 2 years)
• Demolition Awareness NVQ
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
