Qualifications

• CCDO Demolition Manager Card is required.
• SMSTS/First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal certifications are required.
• Proven experience in structural demolition and enabling works.
• Knowledge of demolition health and safety legislation, RAMS and temporary works coordination.
• Ability to lead site teams and ensure environmental and waste management compliance.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with clients and engineers.
