We are working with a leading demolition specialist seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a variety of demolition projects, including Total Demolition, Cut and Carve, Structural Alterations, and Strip Out. The successful candidate will have a strong background in demolition, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of demolition projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Lead on-site demolition teams, providing guidance and ensuring smooth project execution.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the demolition industry.
Experience working on Total Demolition, Cut and Carve, Structural Alterations, and Strip Out projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in the demolition sector.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve project challenges efficiently.
