Location: We are based in Inchcross Industrial Estate, Bathgate, EH48 2HR, however this role will be site based.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee demolition projects from start to finish.
2. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
3. Manage a team of demolition workers.
4. Coordinate with other contractors and stakeholders.
5. Conduct site inspections and assessments.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in demolition or construction.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
