Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in demolition or construction project management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple demolition and enabling projects from tender to completion across the UK
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Create and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) for site operations
  • Manage project teams, including Site Managers, providing leadership and support to foster a collaborative environment
  • Monitor project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
