Job Description:

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in the North West, seeking to appoint a Democratic Services Project Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a full-time role based in the Greater Manchester region, offering hybrid working (2-3 days home working) and a salary range of £40,500 to £44,700 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Modern.gov system, including its implementation and integration into local government organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the implementation of the Modern.gov system into the Council
  • Ensuring the system is fully integrated and utilised effectively within the organisation
  • Liaising with stakeholders to promote full utilisation of the system

Experience required:

  • Experience working within local government
  • Significant experience with the mod.gov system, including its implementation and integration

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

Recent relevant experience is required to apply for this role.
