The Opportunity

We're looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team. Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, achieved through fermenting, pickling, and reusing bi-waste where possible, currently at 2-3% waste.

We seek someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, eager to learn, and motivated to work alongside our enthusiastic team.
