Qualifications

• Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant or banqueting background as commis chef preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Wlexible, willing to work long hours and deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place for the section and assist in service.
• Keep mise en place levels and quality checked for the section.
• Produce food in a timely fashion and adjust as required.
• Support the kitchen team to deliver five-star service to guests.
