Your Day to Day

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in kitchen operations to ensure that all food is served according to pre-determined methods of cooking and plating instructions as per the hotel standards.

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
