Position: Demi Chef de Partie

We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high culinary standards that define our restaurant’s reputation. If you have a passion for precision, a deep understanding of culinary techniques, and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to bring your expertise to our esteemed establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the culinary team.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • JOSPER Grill experience is essential.
