Position
Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Demi
Chef de Partie
to join our passionate kitchen team. This is a great
opportunity for a commis chef or junior cook ready to take the next step in
their culinary career. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, learning how to
prepare our unique Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes while developing your skills
in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and cooking of
    dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Follow recipes and kitchen standards to
    ensure consistency and quality
  • Help with food prep, section setup, and
    mise en place
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized
    workstation
  • Assist in stock rotation and kitchen
    hygiene procedures
  • Be eager to learn new techniques and
    contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous
    experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or Commis Chef
  • Previous
    experience working in a professional kitchen environment preferred
  • Passion
    for food and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary setting
  • Ability
    to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
    attention to detail
  • Strong
    communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility
    to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
