We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Demi Chef de Partie to join the pre-opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-starred Chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London's skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.

As a Master of your Craft, you will …

  • Proven experience with French and Mediterranean food in a fine dining setting
  • Ideally you will have experience working in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to produce consistent hight quality dishes for our guests
  • Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
  • Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.

As our Demi Chef de Partie, you will receive:

  • Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour inclusive of Tronc
