What’s the role about?

As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Demi Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast-paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

Who you are
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, efficient and responsible.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum plus tronc

Shift Pattern
  • This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
  • Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.
