You'll be situated at Mrs Beeton’s restaurant, named after the famous Victorian culinary goddess, where we offer classically British fare.

As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Demi Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes. Serving stylish modern food, in a relaxed but fast paced environment, your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline.
  • Attention to detail, efficient and responsible.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field.


Shift Pattern:

  • This position will consist of 40 hours per week; working any 5 out of 7 days a week.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible in working evenings and weekends.
