Pullman in London (GA KingsX) is looking for a passionate and creative Demi Chef De Partie to join a vibrant central London kitchen team. The role offers full-time permanent employment with weekday and weekend shifts, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary is £16.33 per hour (£33,117 per annum) plus a monthly share of service charge. You will carry out preparatory work, train and support junior chefs, aid in cooking and presenting dishes to high standards, and ensure timely service while

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE full-time Demi Chef De Partie who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at our VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant, GA KingsX.

With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including the Shaw Theatre), we’re more than just a Bar and Restaurant. Now, we need someone to bring their culinary skills to our kitchen operation!

• Working Hours: Flexibility is key – weekday and weekend availability, day and evening shifts required
• Location: NW1 2AJ
• Employment Type: Full time Permanent

Duties:

• Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes
• Help train and support our Commis Chefs
• Assist the team in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the required standards
• Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time
• Help check food items on delivery and tidy them into cold storage
• Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy
