Job summary

Pullman London St Pancras, part of Accor, is seeking a passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our vibrant central London kitchen team at GA KingsX. This full-time role offers weekday and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment, with room to grow your culinary skills and contribute to menu creativity.

You will support junior chefs, execute high-quality dishes, and maintain clean, organized workspaces, aiming for exceptional guest experiences and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes.
• Help train and support our Commis Chefs.

• Help check food items on delivery and tidy them into cold storage.
• Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy.

Job Description

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE full-time Demi Chef De Partie who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at our VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant, GA KingsX.

With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including the Shaw Theatre), we’re more than just a Bar and Restaurant. Now, we need someone to bring their culinary skills to our kitchen operation!

• Working Hours:Flexibility is key – weekday and weekend availability, day and evening shifts required
• Location:NW1 2AJ
• Employment Type:Full time Permanent

If you:

• Have previous experience working in a fast pace kitchen environment
• Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality
• Loves working as part of a passionate team
• Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

Duties:
