Job description

This award-winning, well-respected hotel is currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team of chefs.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of the team, leading and learning on a section in the kitchen, creating the finest dishes, and working to the highest standards. You will be working in the more informal restaurant within the establishment, but still required to produce dishes to a high standard.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career and gain exposure to a range of cuisines and styles within a busy but experienced team.

Requirements for this Demi Chef de Partie role include:
  • Passionate about food
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3
  • Previous experience in a similar establishment

Applicants should have a stable CV with excellent, traceable references and experience with fresh produce. NVQ levels 1 and 2 or equivalent, along with a hygiene certificate, are required.
