Job summary

Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie with immediate starts available. You will support the kitchen brigade, prepare dishes to spec, and help deliver high standards across service.

This permanent role offers a rate of pay of £13.01 per hour for a 40-hour week, and opportunities to learn and progress within the Malmaison/Hotel Du Vin brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to specification and on the pass.
• Assist senior chefs with kitchen operations and cleanliness.
• Support continuous improvement of kitchen standards.
