Job summary

Malmaison in Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This full‑time role offers 45 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of £14.48 before Tronc, based at St Andrews Square.

Immediate starts are available for motivated cooks who take pride in delivering high standards and great guest experiences. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade, maintain quality and consistency, and contribute to successful service during busy periods.
