Hyde London City, home to Leydi restaurant, is seeking a Demi Chef to join the team and drive our breakfast offering. You’ll be creating culinary delights daily and taking the next step in your kitchen career.
You’ll act as the right-hand to the Breakfast Chef, running a section in a busy kitchen, nurturing talent, and ensuring smooth service with high hygiene standards. You’ll collaborate with senior chefs to push creativity and maintain menu quality.

Leydi brings the legendary flavours of Istanbul to central London. Where guests once had to travel to the wider districts of the capital to search for the authentic Turkish flavours. Unique to the area, Leydi brings these modern flavours in a light, bright and contemporary Central London setting.
