  • Ensure all dishes are garnished, portioned, and presented correctly.
  • Keep your section clean and organized at all times.
  • Train and guide junior staff and trainees.
  • Communicate shortages promptly to senior staff.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Deputize for the Sous Chef and oversee kitchen operations when required.
  • Attend training and seminars as needed.
  • Pursue management studies for future growth.
  • Adhere strictly to Hygiene, Health, and Safety regulations.
