A prominent health service provider in Wales seeks a motivated individual for their Community Hospital Team. The role involves providing compassionate care to dementia patients and supporting the delivery of high standards in clinical environments. Candidates should have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent and experience working with the elderly. An Opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care.
The post holder will support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care.
The post holder will work closely with the dementia development team to utilise knowledge and skills so as to enable other staff across the hospital site to deliver, safe effective and compassionate care to people with dementia, and support to their carers and families.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
