Main duties of the job

As a Dementia Nurse Specialist, you will support Barchester's memory lane communities and other facilities requiring specialist dementia care. Your responsibilities include reviewing clinical performance, conducting quality assurance visits, analyzing governance data, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing clinical leadership, and developing strong relationships with management and support teams.
