Qualifications

• Understanding of Health and Social Care Standards and safeguarding.
• Experience in dementia care or supporting people with dementia and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred therapeutic activities and support.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across services.
• Support Care Inspectorate inspections and internal audits.
