This permanent position involves providing compassionate care for adults diagnosed with dementia, supporting them in a 24-hour environment. Southside Dementia is based over two sites, McNeill Street and Moffat Street. Moffat Street is a Specialist Dementia Service in the heart of the Gorbals. We support 8 adults with a diagnosis of Dementia in 24 hours care setting. We support individuals to be as independent as possible and be actively involved in the local community
