Job summary

Lydia Eva Court, operated by Norse Care, is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker in Gorleston. The role is 33 hours per week with a daytime rate of £13.81 per hour, plus enhancements. You will support residents with personal care, promoting independence and dignity in line with individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is preferred or you can start in care.
• Willing to undertake funded accredited courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to help service users maintain independence and dignity according to person-centred care plans.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with medical professionals as required.
• Work as part of a team to support wellbeing events and activities and promote a safe, engaging environment.
