Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a dementia-focused nursing home in the Manchester area to recruit a Registered Nurse. The role requires an active NMC PIN and a compassionate, dedicated approach to elder care.

You will work on either day or night shifts within a supportive team in a facility designed for residents with dementia. The successful nurse will receive a competitive hourly rate of £22.25 and benefits including a pension, induction, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
• Able to work as part of a team and show empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and prioritize care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, families, and health professionals.
• Identify ill-health in residents and request GP visits when needed.
