The successful candidate will join a leading UK health care provider, deliver high-quality resident care, manage medications, and work closely with the care team to maintain tailored care plans.

Formación

• Qualified RN with active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting is advantageous.
• Excellent time management and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents and identify care priorities.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when necessary.
