Job summary

ENABLE Scotland's Bankhall Court in Govanhill provides 24-hour care to seventeen adults diagnosed with dementia in a safe, homely environment where residents are encouraged to live well and pursue personal outcomes.

As a Personal Assistant, you will support with personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support, expand residents' social networks, and work within a bespoke team to safeguard wellbeing and aspirations; roles include full or part-time, with 8am–8pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience in caregiving
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support moving and handling where required
• Provide positive behavioural support and facilitate residents' activities and social connections
