Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Dementia Care Manager to support the Scheme Managers at Bristol Court in the effective running of the service. You will supervise office staff on the first line and deputise for the manager in their absence, contributing across rostering, care delivery, compliance, payroll and reporting.

The role offers training and development opportunities, with a focus on progressing within the region or the wider CCH Group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a care team in health and social care.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with rosters, payroll, compliance and reporting processes.
