This role involves managing the overall Dementia Community, implementing the company's dementia care strategy, and ensuring a person-centred approach to resident care.
Your focus as a Dementia Care Manager will be to be responsible for the overall management of the Dementia Community, implementing and embedding the companys dementia care strategy and managing resources within a given budget. Other responsibilities include:
