As a Dementia Care Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dementia Community, implementing and embedding the company's dementia care strategy and managing resources within a given budget. Your focus will be on ensuring person-centred care, building caring relationships with residents and families, and promoting a culture that enables residents to maximize their capabilities and enhance their quality of life.
